該機(jī)型專為渦流皮輥磨礪設(shè)計制造，其特點(diǎn)是采用內(nèi)撐夾持方式夾持皮輥磨礪，
精度高，摒棄了從機(jī)軸上拆下通過裝上假軸進(jìn)行磨礪和光照，
節(jié)省人工和工作強(qiáng)度，配置的紫外線光照機(jī)將磨后的皮輥直接轉(zhuǎn)入光照機(jī)中完成光照。
本機(jī)還隨機(jī)配置渦流皮輥周轉(zhuǎn)專用盤運(yùn)行故障低，維護(hù)成本低。
Specially designed and manufactured for vortex roller sharpening,
the roller is held by internal clamping method with high precision.
Instead of removing the roller from the machine shaft,
the fake shaft is installed for sharpening and lighting.
The ultraviolet light machine will directly transfer the roller after
grinding into the light machine to complete the lighting.
